I can already tell you that you will be immediately banned. Steam VAC is very good at its job, and that's why VAC protected games and servers are rarely modified.
The only thing I can really offer you is a universal aimbot, that works through analyzation of colors. It's very hard to set up, doesn't work very well, but (contradictory to what I just said) is undetectable, except from human players.

Another option, code one yourself. (I've done it, just learn the engine and look at other cheat source codes.)

EDIT: @person above me, vac does a terrible job way too easy to make a cheat undetected.
