Really need help with this it is allowed through my firewall LIVE is up iv'e taken down my firewall and still doesn't work please help me it has worked before than randomly stopped working again.

Have you actually tried disabling your firewall/anti virus?

Yes i have tried multiple times i have norton 360 i even disabled that
