Quite possible. They have machines in a lab that you connect to your head that have robot arms. If you can concentrate hard enough, you can move the arm by using brain power. So we know that brain waves are there, but are too weak to do anything on a bigger scale. If we had 100% control of our brain, it is quite possible.

I would do what they do in Chronicle and scare people by making teddy bears move and dance in front of them.

You would be a vegetable. You would just think, none of it would be used for movement, speech etc..

You could have telepathic powers or something along that line but still a very small chance.

Even if i had acess to 100% of my brain i would only use 7% as usual

If you had access to 100% of your brain, you wouldn't just get telepathic powers, you would still have to learn how to do them, its would just be 1000 times easier.

Also you would, in theory, have control over each and every cell/nerve/muscle in your body, meaning, if you got cut you could give the cells around the wound more energy allowing them to heal much faster. Or if you had a "knot" in your back you could just "un-knot" it.
You could even, if you wanted to, shut down your organs.

And, like in limitless, you would be able to remember everything you have ever experienced down to the smallest detail.

Well I was thinking about this and I thought that if you had that access at one time your brain would most likely be extremely confused. Its like you are running everything at once, which just wouldn't work.

Just a thought though.
