I have been playing Counter Strike for about 8 years now, And I still love playing all of the games. I purchased Global Offensive on xbox thinking it would be better then it is. The game does not feel like Counter Strike. I went on my PC and played on my friends CS:GO, And found it alot better.

On xbox:
When you let go of the trigger to stop moving, You don't stop, You slide for 1-2 feet. I find this extremely annoying.
Another thing I have found, Is when you are scoped in with a sniper, and move, The scope gets blurred. I understand This is the way it may seem in real life, But CS is not like that.
Another thing that I don't like is that you have to click the aim in button once to scope into the first zoom, Click again to the next, and again to get out. I don't do that, I switch to my knife then back to my sniper. If you hold it in, It flicks through the zooms, way too quickly. I wish you just pushed it in and didn't have to worry about it going to the next zoom.
You cant be in party/Private Chat.
Hard to find a lobby when you are partied with friends.

Positives:
That little kids will go back to cod because they do not like the game.
It is giving console players a taste of what real Counter Strike is like.
The Matchmaking seems to find good games pretty well, If you are playing solo.

On PC:
Everything is the opposite of previously posted. PC is a lot more fun on Counter Strike.

Overall Rating... 6/10
Needs to be fixed in ways, But its Playable, Barely

It's not really a review if you only talk about the negatives.

I agree, I don't know why, but CS:GO just seems to be more enjoyable on pc than xbox, in my opinion.

I added some positives. They are what I could think of.

It's more than barely playable. I turn my sensitivity up all the way and punish Cod noobs. Besides the sniper scope blurs on the PC version too. The only things PC has the upper hand with is controls and some slightly better textures.
