The trailer is official and was posted on Rockstar's site. You can't argue against that. They can make a trailer in early stages of development. For all you know, they could be finished now but are just finishing up and waiting a while for a decent release time...

You will find its not in low stages of development, what have they been doing for the past 4 years?.

Its on the **** Rockstar website, and why would you believe what the people at gamestop say? are they working on the game? No.
