This sounds a lot like the Bohemian Club. It's a secret club in California where important people from around the world spend a few days doing plays and rituals. Pretty creepy and weird stuff.

Lol, yea. The Bohemian Grove link was on that page you linked as well under the section "See Also." That place is crazy. They have a giant owl statue that they worship and do the rituals in front of. Someone managed to sneak in and get some (not alot) of footage of one of the rituals. Very weird.
