You cant, inless you pay for atlas, and or wait for sable. And no you need a either a xdk( xbox development kit) or a dev nand on a rgh, and no one have came close to figuring out that. Maybe one day there will be a way but there's not as of today

your best bet would just to pay atlas for it, thats the only way around it

buy the atlas project wouldnt reccomend it though just get a retail and infect it saves alot of money... atlas is very expensive but if you want to go online and have the cash go ahead
