Why not use a guide off of RuneHQ or something?

They are free and pretty detailed too.

It's not that I don't know how to do it, it's that I need a partner for the quest to be able to complete it

It's been some time since I've had to do that quest so.

Um, if your a F2P player I can join you actually since I have yet to do it on my skiller.
