USD/Euro... Those are pretty different. I recommended the Pro 700 MkII in this post:

thanks

EDIT - I have a pair of Sennheiser MM 30i however the reason I'm looking for a new pair of headphones is because these ones keep falling out of my ear so I would like a pair that won't fall out.

What country do you live in?

London, England

Country? Prices tend to vary depending on the country.

Thanks for the advice. Can you guarantee these won't fall out?

The Shures' cable wraps around your ear, so I'm 99% sure they won't fall off. The CKS90 is more questionable, but in my experience, the circular part is held in by my tragus.

DigitalHater wrote I actually need two. One for my PC and one for my iPod.

Budget: Nothing too cheap, but not too expensive.

Music: Rock, Classic Rock, Alternative, Punk, Metal, etc.

Type: Over ear(for PC) and on ear or in ear(for iPod)

Open/Closed: Doesn't really matter. I wouldn't mind some bass, but I don't want it to overpower the music.

Sennheiser HD598, Shure SE215, Sennheiser HD25-1-II, Audio Technica ESW9.

Thanks a ton. I can't wait to get these.

This gets more complicated. Do you want to have a neutral sound or a bassy sound? Naturally, you'd be recommended a bassy headphone like the AKG K181DJ or Ultrasone HFI580, but if you're using a headphone in a recording studio, you might want a neutral headphone such as the AKG K271 to have the best integrity of your recordings as possible.
