Erm sorry to say this ain't that good i mean don't use bevel and emboss if you don't know how to. The "M" won't be seen that well because its over the template meaning only part of it will be seen. There is no blending what so ever the random effects do not go what so ever the3 only thing i like is the bar like where twitter,facebook ect is.
