when i go on to the elite playlist it says i need to download off shore which i have done numerous times but it just keeps asking can anyone tell me how to fix this? I will REP

It will, It should say BUY PREMIUM NOW! and stuff like that, its like it dont know you have the Maps and stuff. Hope this helped!

You just leave it, it should say that because the elite just acts like you dont have it, but you really do, Its weird..
