alright well i have a account on my xbox and it has a credit card on it i made it about 2 or 3 years ago it has gold and im not sure if its taking money out for a membership i try to take the credit card off but it wont let me it just gives me an error and a big code... i kno this might be steeling but i bought microsoft piont just to see if it will let me and it does...But heres the weird part...if i sign into it it goes live while playing a game but if i go to the dashbord it says i cant connect so il have to sign into a different account then sign back into the account and then i can do things on the dashbord but im wondering if i can get banned orr console banned if anyone knows what this is please tell me thanks <3

That is a very weird glitch, I have never heard, or came across that kind of issue, best thing is to reach Xbox Support.
