Installous doesn't save/keep whole bunch of apps for us, it's the website.

Just like any app from official store app that can download illegal copyright movie.
The app is called downloads, idownloader pro, video downloader, ect, where you can download illegal copyright movies.

I believe Apple's trying to make it illgeal because of Mywi app (transfer data to any devices if you don't know what mywi app is).
And some of the few apps, installous can be included, but it'll be challenge for them.

Just buy the apps. 69p or 99$ is very cheap for some the apps you can get. If you Jailbreak you should do it for the good tweaks and themes.
