Steps

1. Turn everything off in your room
2. Keep it cold
3. Try not to think and keep your mind blank
4. Get comfortable
5. Dont Move and Close your eyes

It works everytime for me!

Yep! I got my mmc right when I turned 18, for insomnia! it helps alot!

I'm with you guys on this one. **** makes you crashhh.

But only if I want it to. If I try to sleep I will sleep, it I want to stay up i can do that too.

Step 1: Drink half a glass of milk( If you aren't lactose intolerant)

Step 1: Turn everything off

Step 2: Make sure it's cold inside your room and you got your blanket around you and get comfterbal

Step 3: Close your eyes, Loosen your body, and clear your mind

That works all the time for me

Definatly Music, but it can depend on how hot it is or how cold it is.
