Ok so, I was just strollin along, sneaking, I jumped and pressed LB (left bumper) and when I landed I silent rolled. I also found holding LB with a dagger or anything (dagger and magic do it the quickest), as you ready and un-ready your weapon while holding LB you'll roll as well... This helps alot for people who dont have the perk.
