i just entered the code i got on xbox.com and it says its in the download que yet when i turn my xbox on nothing happens the lights are on but nobody is home, everything is pluged in i checked but its not going onto any xbox screen just staying on the HDMI screen.

Im having the same problem i drag it into the root directory and nothing is happening.
(this may sound stupid but does it matter which USB Drive it goes into?)

also having the same problem and nobody had been comming up with an answer but i can say it doesnt let you change the console id or profile id for me

Are your USBs formatted to FAT32? Try that if it's not?
