My friend got an xbox 360 today. And the mic that came with it isnt working correctly. He can hear me but i cant hear him. I can only hear him when his mic is screeching. Is there a solution to this? If so can you let me know. Will +rep you.

His only chance would be to call xbox support and he tells them that he bought an xbox today and the mic that came with it is defected
