Hey guys,
So most of you know, some guys have set up a new network called Network Velocity. These guys had ridiculously low requirements, just 250 views per day. which I thought, along with most of you, was an outright scam.

So 2 days after filling in their partner application I got an email from their CEO saying I meet requirements and they wanna partner me. Attached to this email was a Google Docs contract. (This kinda made me think, google docs, wtf! Esign is easy and cheap)

I read over the entire thing and saw that its a 40%-60% split in favour of Network Velocity. I also saw that THE CONTRACT DOESNT NAME THE CMS PROVIDER.

This is dodgy, it must be. I have signed with networks before. Vultra, who have Bentpixels CMS and TheGameStation, who have MakersStudios CMS.

I replied and said I wanted to know who the CMS provider was, well, apparently they dont want to be named. In their friggin contract, they state they have a CMS with a "COMPANY".
Also, in the revenue section, it says PAYMENT
Payment Percentage:

NetworkVelocity: 20%
Company: 40%
You: 40%

They dont say the CMS providers name once. Also, IT DOESNT SAY A SINGAL THING ABOUT MONEY MAKING and BRANDING (thumbnails, banner).

UPDATE: I ASKED FOR THE NAME OF THE CMS PROVIDER AND GOT THIS RESPONSE:

Please give me your take

Lol total scam. How do I know?

1) With standards that low, they would lose enough money to shut them down before the first payout

2) Unless they don't know how to use their own "CMS" tools, it gives it away they don't have a cms content owner in the html code:

3) Their PR (public relations) would be viable and legally bound to tell you the information about the contract you are signing, not some bs exuse

4) In the contract, they don't mention payments? Its either a full on scam or another "network" wanna-be.

That extra info helped ..lol.
Yeah, they are seriously scamming people though and I hope they choose a legit network instead of these buttholes

There are too many uneducated people on YouTube that at the word "partnership" would cry with excitement. As messed up as it is, they will scam people. They will get away with it. But if the attention is brought to a large enough scale, it will stop. So... with the information I just presented, I personally believe its enough to help some people not fall into a scam.
