I currently do not have a JTAG xbox, however, I would REALLY like one. I can install it myself, but it all seems like a lot of complex work. Is there any easier or cheaper way to JTAG an xbox? Thanks

No. The way you do it is the way they show you, there is no "easy" way to do it unless you are experienced in it and find it "easy".
