Is 99 mining really good money cause i heard it can make ur bank and plus will i b able to use a rune pickaxe until 99?

yes and no, 99 mining will take a long time. If you want to make money you'd have to
1-15 tin copper (no sale)
for money all to 99 you'd have to do:
15-30 iron
30-40 coal
40-55 gold
55-70 mithril (takes like 2 mins to spawn)
70-85 Addy Ore (Takes like 5 mins to spawn)
85-99 Runite Ore (takes max 15 minutes to Spawn)
So yes if your patient you can make quite a bit of money, I would not suggest it unless you have patience but you can still go for it anyways.
for the 99 and if you did it that way you can make an easy 100m Plus
