Here are some knife lunges i know:
Kino de toten

One is on the Railling next to double tap, the other is on the window,2nd floor, behind the stairs, to the left.


Ascention
Next to the lander(next to PHD floppe)


COTD
The post at spawn, Railling Next to the boat x2, Boxes at the Boat x2, Bottom of the light Home.

To do the knife lunge
Press Y + Knife ate the same time at a crawler (up close) the press B to knife lunge xD
