You say "MUST SHOW PROOF" in the title, yet you have no proof yourself.
Come on, post some.
Make a video or something showing your tools on your computer, your jtag, you hosting a lobby.
Then i might consider joining even though im in a modding clan which is ParadiseGaming.

Hacking, coding and modding are extremely different from one an other.
Hacking has nothing to do with editing how a game should or should not be played, Coding takes time and very few who work outside gaming companies have the skill set, And modding makes the game better (Adding third party modifications however, Are extremely bad).
So all in all, Your "Modding clan" Will more than likely collapse to the ground like a drunken 19 year old on her first night out.
