I will run you threw some steps:
Step:
1. Phone up Microsoft and ask them to cancel your credit card.
2. Then give them the persons GamerTag who Hacked you.
3. If you have proof give it to them. If you do not then just stick with the gamertag.
4. Change your Hotmail , Yahoo or what ever you are on Password.
5. There is no point posting up here saying report him and stuff like that.
6. tell Microsoft What happened and that he only got your account with the Email.
7. Don't give anyone else any private infomation.
8. Good Luck

Yep sums it up quite well. Same thing happened to me yes it was kinda scary but I did what this dude just said got my account back and he got banned.

He probably never got to the point of profile use.
He could of only reached access to credit cards/debit
and email. Just phone Microsoft (they usually ask you for email and password for proof they KNOW that if
someone has hacked it then they would've changed your
email and password.)
