Reason: Colors are way to bright. I simply cannot read the text. The way you used the Skype symbol the put the text "kpye" on the other side looks terrible. The lighting seems to be a problem on the Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter but they are layered decently, why you put the skype icon away from the others I do not know.
Good Part: The whole outerspace thing doesn't look all that bad, the stars look decent and the Earth picture is ties in very nicely with the black background
