I tried going on there but it says I'm banned.Why was I banned?

Does it say you're banned or not whitelisted?
If it says "You are not whitelisted on this server!"
Then it means you are not whitelisted, Not banned.
If it says something like "The Ban Hammer has spoken!"
Then you're banned. The reason it is on a whitelist is because of the exploit yesterday where users could login as other people, And the server was griefed. They had a backup of the server which is good, I think it will be back up soon, If you didn't do anything I wonder if one of the people that "hacked" (the exploit) the server might have banned you. No worries!
