All jobs are still open! Si far the jobs will be the following, but any other jobs can be suggested to me.
Farmer- Plants farms/crops/seeds
Miner- Mines for gold,iron,diamond,coal, and others like cobblestone, lapiz or whatever and glowstone, obsidian
Builder- builds new homes/structures/etc with permission
Helper/Assistant - Will help me and sometimes bring me things or help me do my job
Guard- make sure no one is stealing stuff or greifing(however its spelt)
Woodcutter- cuts wood
Hunter- gathers food/leather
As of now there are 5 Normal houses and 3 Deluxe houses available: first come first serve
Each member will have to pay rent weekly according to their job:
Farmer: No rent really just do ur job well
Miner: Coal-64 Iron-35 Gold- 20 Diamond- 3 Cobblestone-64+64+64
Builder: No rent really just do ur job well
helper/assistant- No rent really but MAKE SURE TO DO UR JOB WELL ESPECIALLY SINCE MANY PEOPLE WANT THIS JOB
Guard: No rent really just do ur job well
Woodcutter: 64+64+64 Wood/ 64+64+64+64+64 Wooden planks/64 Torches
Hunter: 20 leather/10 fish/30 beef(pig)/50 wool/ ETC
ANY can be picked for EX. Miner can just pay 20 gold not all of them just pick the one best for u/ easiest to get according to ur job.

(Lobby/Server will be opened soon i just need to add some touches and i will be able to play as soon as my family leaves.) (In just 2-3 hours maybe less PaCaR's RolePlay lobby will be opened and remember i have 8 houses open NOW! and 4-5 Have been taken.
I have about 8 people on this server already and some jobs have been filled, but every job can still use more people, but only 1-2 more Helper/Assistants and 3-4 Miners and 4-5 Woodcutters and about 2-4 Farmers and 2-3 more guards are still needed! please remember to notify me about another job you would like that isnt listed.
See You All Very Soon And I'm Excited To Meet You All!!!!!!!!!!
