is it possible to mod a save and make it where i can customize the character when you get to helgen for the executioning? like mod health. stamina. magicka. ALL items in game and still level up legitly. from leve1 1? NO quests done. pm me or post back. anythings fine.

player.modav carryweight 2500 (I saw you have to forceav to make it stick through saves)
someone actually got the rest just need carry weight then it's perfect

Yeah just be in the building with that one nord guy. When you have to kill those 2 guards in order to get the key.

The problem was you still had a dawnguard spell equipped.
