I want a 8GB computer for playing minecraft/hosting my server. My budget is around $450 USD

Are you trolling? Do not buy this piece of trash and build it yourself. Post your budget in r00t_b33r's sticky, those guys know what they're doing.

Peripherals & Monitor: Peripherals are things like a keyboard, mouse, speakers, etc. Monitor is obvious. If you already have these things, just say so.

Games: What games do you want to play (You already said Minecraft so you're good on that question)

Software: What kind of software do you want use? Photoshop, Sony Vegas, Cinema 4D, etc.

Aesthetics: If you would like your PC to have a certain color theme or a certain look, say so here.

Rebates/Promos: Rebates/Promos can help you save money. If you would like him to look for some, say so here.

Details: Anything extra that you might want to add.

Does that help?
