I think it was Crackle. It was definitely one of the first three. If none of it works for you, try using a CC. When you are done with it, you can remove the CC and replace the payment option with your PayPal if you are uncomfortable with your Credit Card online.

I live in the US and I get the error when I click confirm purchase with my PayPal selected.

You don't need money. You just need a debit/credit card assigned to the papyal account because I had no money on my paypal and it was letting me go through but then it asked for my credit card number and i was like f*ck!
