Yes, you're supposed to get an email when you order minecraft. It looks like this:

>Your transaction ID is *9-digit-number*

Check your creditcard statement or paypal account to see if the transaction went through. If the transaction did go through, take a screenshot of your statement (blur out any personal info) and forward that to them. Make sure the time, date, and some of the payment info is shown.
