euhm i have a game that i buyyed with Microsoft points and deleted the game but that account what i used to download it is banned and i don't have it on my Xbox but is there a way to download your account when its banned ? i will +rep

well if your account is banned for say a week or two get your friends to file copmplaints on your gamertag like your bio and motto as bad language which will result in a 24-48hr ban but other then that i dont know what else you could do.

There's no way to download a banned LIVE account, sorry.

Sadly no, you can't recover banned accounts anymore, you are going to have to buy it again.
