ok i have been scammed 3 times now.all i wanted was a ps3 challenge lobby and 10th lobby.i have spen 60 dollars all together if you do it for me first i will send you a 20 dollar psn card bc i dont want scammed any more so that why you go first

Dude! You don't need to spend money for PS3 lobbies! If anyone ever asks you for money, over PSN, do not give it to them. Go to the PS3 / Cod forum and someone will be hosting a 10th Lobby, hopefully for free.
