First you need to take down some vehicles with some sort of laucher with blind eye on.

Then when you get blind eye pro your bullets will do more damage to the vehicles which allows you to shoot them down alot easier.

After that i would reccommend going on drop zone because you can destroy the carepackage helicopers this gives you 300xp for every destroy.
