I try to download the new stuff and it makes me try to download the old stuff instead can someone help me I will rep them 50

Does the screen show all dlc 1-15 and if it does scroll down and down load that but go to the dashboard to download then go back to and download again and again. I know this is what I had to do so just download the old stuff and then down load the new stuff by downloading everything there
