I really want to upgrade my graphics card but my current one is integrated to my motherboard, can I install a separate one, pic up soon!

Assuming it's not a laptop and you have an open PCIE 16 x slot, it can work. All you do is get a viable video card ( it'd highly depend on current system specification, particularly the PSU ), unscrew the PCI brackets on the case and pop in the video card and screw it in. Install PCIE power cables if needed and download latest drivers from their official website.
