It looks alright to me, but that's not holding me back from giving some suggestions.

The i5-3570K is a really good CPU and beats the 2500k by 10% clock for clock @ stock - but IB CPU's have a tendency to get a bit hotter and not have a wider overclocking path compared to a 2500k for example. It's your choice...you'd be getting a really good CPU either way.

You could drop down to a MSI Z77 G43 and save $50 and have the exact same features and performance ( splits into 8x 8x, Z77 features as well ) and a cheaper dual slot GTX 570, like the MSI version. The only thing the Asus card has going for it is aesthetics, but that's not going to matter since there is no side window nor cable management options in the case you selected - not factory OC'd or anything and you would only limit yourself since it's a triple slot card.

With the money you saved, you'd be able to throw in a 128gb Crucial M4 / Samsung 830 / Plextor M3.

I think the GTX 560 Ti (the sli version) is better than the 570 because it is cheaper and has 750mb more dedicated graphics memory.

Well as the guy on above me said get the 2500K for more over clocking abilities, also i don't recommend the 570, if you want performance and aren't interested in recording on bf3 i recommend the 560 ti, you can max every game with good fps. But if you enjoy youtubiong id go for 670, 580, or 7870. Those are best cards for there price for fraps.

If he has a budget for a 570, get a 570. It's as simple as that. There are no such thing as a SLI version of a 560 ti, they're all SLI compatible ( up to 2 cards ). The GTX 560 ti 448 core is what you're talking about - it basically is a 570, same memory capacity and price as well.

No, you're wrong. A 570 is a much better card compared to a 6850. AMD's equivalent would be a 7870/6970.

I really can't believed you said that.
