hey,

so im having a problem setting up my new HD PVR, so i have it all set up, the wires from the xbox are connected to the component input, and the hdmi cable is connected to the box and tv via HDMI Output.

But, there is picture and sound coming to my Computer, And their is a White/Grey screen on my TV.

Any help?
