Ah yes, I forgot to say that this has not been purchased yet and any additions/changes to improve this computer can be made, as long as they are not a huge expense.

Well, it depends.
What are you planning on doing with the computer that it needs to be 'good'?

I would prefer it to have a decent FPS amount so that I can use it as a gaming computer. Games like crossfire and call of duty, maybe skyrim.

I have nearly the exact setup as you for around 200$.
( I had some parts already)
It runs Skyrim perfectly, and I'm sure COD would play fine also.

My specs:

Win 7 ULT
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU @ 3.20 GHz (2-CPU's)
4GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 TI

I forgot what my fan and etc were, so yeah.

Drop down to a 2500k or an i3-2100 since hyper-threading is absolutely useless when it comes to gaming and will only benefit you in certain scenarios whilst using certain applications. Those pre-filled loops are complete crap and are marginally better than the stock heatsink - the Hyper 212 is cheaper, has more SA, and has overall cooler temperatures. Drop down to a 4gb kit of RAM since 16gb's is outrageous and overkill, especially since this is gaming. With all the money you saved, grab a higher end video card like a GTX 560 ti / 7850 / GTX 570 / AMD 7870 and a half decent PSU like the Corsair TX series since those standard sub-par pieces of dirt will bend you over and do you over the table without you even knowing - NEVER skimp on the PSU!
