Quite weird that there are people on these servers on the Xbox. Probably Xbox Admins running check ups???
Update:Turns out the people you see in the servers are just the people trying to join in only to get rejected because they don't have the DLC.
Update 2: Turns out that EA is going by Pacific Time so that means that us people in the East probably won't be seeing the CQ DLC till 3:00 a.m. or 5;00 when Xbox refreshes their marketplace servers.
