People have been saying that Runescape is turning a turn for the worst. I highly doubt that, they are simply turning to a fresh page to get more players. While this will drive some of the die hards that have been playing for a long time will make them quit since they have updated the armour and added things to help the new members like Runespan. This will also attract more players and add more die hards that are still from Runescape 2002-2012. This will show who plays for the game. I do agree that JaGex has had their blunders but they are trying to make the game for innovative. If you have done PvM'ing and any other type of combat. You will know that they are taking the Special Attacks off all weapons! With this people are complaining and panic selling all their Dragon Claws and Armadyl Godswords. With this is good for people who listen and paid attention. Dragon claws will still have a version of it but along with some other attacks. Also the Godswords will have their stats revamped up since they are taking Specials away. But that also means that all the godswords will be the same. They promised that each one will still have their unique ability. So that is good for people who have bought AGS's and Dragon claws now. These items will eventually rise once more following the Supply and Demand. This is what I have gotten from reading from the articles and watching Runeshark's videos. So please share your positive opinions on this matter. I would rather not have a whole thread dedicated to flaming of the new update. We need to embrace it because I'm pretty sure JaGex won't revert back to 2006 so we should go along with the flow and just try and make the best out of it. Thanks for reading this. (:
