the best you could do is buy a flashed xbox 360 and burn iso games to play for free or do a license transfer.. but i do not think that there are anyways you can play games for free with just a usb drive

On Topic : Dude just buy cod4 from ebay or your local game retaler for like 10GBP (cus i live in England)
It aint expensive stop being a cheapstake and btw unless you want to get it for free just buy or even flash your xbox
