Sadly for now, only in chest that are found near a mob spawn.

If you have the newest Snapshot you can Find them in Jungles or Dungeons!

to the two people above me that's the pc version which is the 1.3 snapshot. for the 360 only in dungeon chests

At the moment only in dungeon chests. The 2 people at the top are wrong, there are no jungles in the Xbox version. They are talking about PC version.
