well i like to do alot of 3DS Max and Maya so i think i'll stick with the dual graphics cards

There not even good graphic cards, save money and space and your psu and get one better one.

Seems good.

Except get another headset and you will probably need a 700w or a 750w power supply to crossfire those 7770s.

You should also downgrade the SSD and get a decent case, since that cooler master one is really bad.

Get the HAF 912 or Switch 210 at least (~60$)

Don't get either of those crap headsets. Get the Audio Technica AD700 and a Zalman ZM-1 clip mic instead.

Instead of the X4 keyboard, save up for a mechanical board. The Cooler Master Quickfire is a good option.

Don't get a boxed liquid cooler, get a higher-end air cooler like the Noctua NH-D14.

Get this hard drive:

Get a Crucial M4 instead of that SSD, unless you can get the V4 for cheap. The M4 is more reliable.

Save up for a bigger monitor upgrade, like one of these:

The Deathadder is not the best choice. Get a Logitech G400 or a G9X if you have a claw grip.
