Its not 15 billion, it's 15 trillion -___-. Anyone who said Bush put us into a big debt should really see what Obama has done. Bush had a 1 trillion dollar debt, Obama raised it to 15 trillion. Now we are in debt to China, and we are going to be paying this off for forever because of interest.
