I have seen post about strafe boosting and i want to know what it is and how do you do it?

And how much xp can you get?

basically u shoot down alot of strafe run heli and other stuf and get xp alot of xp i have seen it on post that u get like 400k from 2 games althought tis is alot i do not recommend this since the majority of people who have done this or any boosting in mw3 have been reset to no prestige lvl1 and in some cases people have been banned from playing online
