Would this be possible?

I was wondering if you could use patch blocker to host your own bypass IP. I was thinking about it and here is how you should be able to do it.

1. Open up Patch Blocker and copy IP inside.
2. Port forward that IP(should be your PC's) to port 8080.
3. make a no-ip.biz and name it like bypass.noip.org or something of your choosing.
4. Make post saying for people joining the lobby to go to Network Settings>Proxy>IP=bypass.noip.org>Port=8080!

This should work theoretically!

Why do they work on same speed? Shouldn't it be relative to how fast the host is of the bypass IP?

not really, because its just a "fake" ip, so they all run on the same/similar speed.
