the thing is that is one xbox live person that is not 100% sure but they will tell you what you want to hear because i know when ever you refund a game and an update comes out for that game you cant update it because you returned it

I don't actually own a HDTV so i got the refund but if i can't play it after the update i'll be pretty gutted :/ The guy on the phone never said anything about me losing my license or game.
