Confront her, talk about what you're feeling and how she's feeling. Always remind her that if there is anything bothering her that she can go to you and you will always be there for her. hope I helped! good luck!

My sister cuts herself and it makes me sick. I feel so bad for her and i hate living through it. What i would recommend is taking her to somewhere she really enjoys and sitting down to talk to her about interesting topics. Do not ask why she cuts herself because she will be embarrassed and will keep on doing it. Do not tell anyone else she does it either. Let her know how much you love her and try to keep saying it. Make her feel like the happiest girl on the planet. She probably has alot of social problems or personal problems so try to get her away from those problems

If so, try to ease her away from it, She'll hate you if you snitch on her, though might respect you later.

Seems like she needs some help have you tried to talk to her about it? I would sit down with her and ask if there is something you can do for her. If that doesn't help i would talk to her parents but do it with her.
