I'm not sure about pricing or availability in Australia, but the Creative Aurvana Live is perfect for you. They're bassy enough to be good for bass-heavy music and movies and have qualities that make them good for gaming. Pair them with a Zalman ZM-1 and you've got a really, really nice setup.
