yes, you can use the mods on the 4.11 by Data transfering, or you could just do a LAN(or whatever its called where you connect them by Ethernet cable), and host it from there, but the XP won't count online just so you know.

xp mods are done via SVG mods all you have to do is open up the eboot delete RSA checks and then add the binds in the SVG file in Grado sp and CM abit like cod4 exept you use 1 line of coding while keeping the rest of the black ops coding as well
